Ingredients:
5 ounces Soft Aloha Tofu
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1-2 cups ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
Preparation:
Put all ingredients into a blender. Puree for about 5 seconds, then liquefy until ice is crushed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
