Ingredients:

1 (20 ounce) container Firm Aloha Tofu, drained

1 cup tuna, drained

1 egg

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon carrot, grated

Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wrap tofu in clean dishcloth and squeeze water out.  Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix.  Shape into patties and fry on both sies in hot oil.  Drain on paper towel.
