Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) container Firm Aloha Tofu, drained
1-2 carrots, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 pack kamaboko, diced
1 teaspoon salt
green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon iriko dashi
shiitake mushrooms (optional)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend all ingredients well.
Place in a greased 8×8 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
