Ingredients:
6 ounces tofu, well drained
1/2 pound lean ground beef
3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger root, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon oil
Preparation:
Drain out water from tofu. Crumble tofu with fork, mix with ground beef.
Add chopped green onion, ginger root and crushed garlic.
Season with soy sauce, salt and dash of pepper; mix well.
Add toasted sesame seeds. Make 4 hamburger patties.
Coat hamburger patties with flour.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry hamburger patties until nicely browned on both sides.
Makes 4 servings
