For Aloha Tofu – Deep Dried Tofu (Atsuage)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup miso
4 cups mirin (Japanese rice vinegar)
3 tablespoons sugar
fresh grated ginger
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients. Chill. Can be served on hot or cold Aloha Tofu – Deep Fried Tofu (Atsuage).
