Preparation of Shirataki
Rinse Shirataki and put in boiling water for a few minutes then take out from water and drain. Shirataki can be cut to your desired length.
1 package Aloha Tofu Shirataki
1 small green pepper, julienne
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Sake (or water)
1) Cook green pepper in a hot frying pan for few minutes.
2) Add Shirataki and sauté for few minutes (1/2 table spoon oil can be used for a richer flavor).
3) Add sugar, soy sauce and sake and cook at medium heat until juice is reduced.
Alternatives: You can add meat, chicken, pork, fish, seafood, and/or different vegetables (like onion, carrots or green onion).
