Ingredients:
1 package (8 pieces, squares) Aloha Tofu Aburage, sliced thin
Green onions, minced
Sesame seeds, roasted
Chili pepper, minced
Sauce:
2-3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 cloves garlic, grated
3 tablespoons shoyu (soy sauce)
2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Set aside. Mix sauce ingredients together. Gradually pour sauce over aburage mixture. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate and serve.
