Natto with Watercress

Ingredients:

watercress

1 (3 ounces) package Aloha Tofu Natto

dijon mustard (to taste)

shoyu (soy sauce, to taste)

Preparation:

Chop the stems of the watercress and mix with natto.  Add dijon mustard and shoyu to taste.
