Ingredients:
12 ounces Soft Aloha Tofu
3 ounces seaweed limu
9 ounces mayonnaise
1 ounce chives
4 teaspoons wasabio
1 pinch Hawaiian salt (coarse rock salt)
Preparation:
Dry tofu with paper towel.
Finely chop seaweed and chives.
Mesh tofu together with mayonnaise.
Add limu, chives, and wasabio.
Mix well in earthwares.
Chill and serve with chips, crackers, etc.
