Ingredients:
12 ounces tofu
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup half and half
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve chilled. Arrange fruits into individual bowls. Serve dressing over fruits. 1 banana, slicked, 1 pint fresh strawberries, 2 sliced canned peaches and 1 cup mandarin oranges.
Makes 4 servings.
