Ingredients:
2 (20 ounce) containers Firm Aloha Tofu, drained
1 1/2 pounds ground pork
1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced beef
butter
1/2 round onion, sliced
10 shiitake mushrooms
1 cup slivered bamboo shoots
1 block Aloha Tofu Konnyaku, sliced
1 piece ginger, crushed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
2/3 cup sugar
6 eggs, beaten
Preparation:
Brown pork, drain. Fry beef in a little butter. Combine pork and beef, add onion,mushrooms, bamboo shoots, konnyaku, ginger, and garlic.
Add soy sauce and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Crumble tofu and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top tofu with the ground pork mixture. Pour beaten eggs over mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
