INGREDIENTS:
1 package Aloha Tofu Aburage (4 or 8 pieces, depending on size), sliced thin
Green onions, minced
Sesame seeds, roasted
Chili pepper, minced
SAUCE:
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1-1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 cloves garlic, grated
3 tablespoons shoyu
2 tablespoons sugar
PREPARATION:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Set aside. Mix sauce ingredients. Gradually pour over aburage mixture. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate.
