Tofu Pineapple Milkshake


5 ounces Soft Aloha Tofu

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1-2 cups ice cubes

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoons sugar

1 cup pineapple juice


Put all ingredients into a blender. Puree for about 5 seconds, then liquefy until ice is crushed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

    I would say that longevity is all about a state of mind. While diet and health can aid in this I think it’s the mindset. It all boils down to making them think that they are still an asset.
