Tofu Seafood Burgers

Ingredients:

2 (20 ounce) containers Firm Aloha Tofu, well drained

green onions, chopped

1/3-1/2 pounds fresh ahi, chopped

salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 pound fresh shrimp, chopped

flour

4-8 tablespoons oyster sauce

oil

1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Preparation:

Combine all of the above ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Add just enough flour so mixture can be formed into patties. Fry in oil and drain on paper towel.
