Fried Tofu

Ingredients:

1 (20 ounce) Firm Aloha Tofu

12 shrimp

oil (for frying)

Batter:

½ cup flour

½ cup cornstarch

1 egg

½ cup water

Preparation:

Slice tofu into 12 pieces and insert a shrimp into each piece.  Dip into batter and fry.
