Tofu Recipes


Baked Tofu

Ingredients:

2 (40 ounces) containers Firm Aloha Tofu

2 cups mayonnaise

1 teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper

¼ or ½ cup grated carrots

½ – 1 cup shiitake or canned mushrooms (chopped)

1 can water chestnuts (chopped)

½ cup green onions (chopped)

8 ounces imitation crab meat (shredded)

2 eggs

Bread crumbs (for topping)

Preparation:

Boil tofu, drain and squeeze water.  Add all ingredients.  Mix well.

Grease 9×13” pan and pour in mixture.  Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.

Bake 325-350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until top is slightly browned .

    I am so glad that your tofu is made using gmo free soy beans. We live on Kauai and the corn gmo people here are scaring us with their research center on the ridge of the Waimea River. With the pesticides, fertilizer and research going on who knows what’s happening to our lands and people. There are many in the Valley who have died from or have cancer in the past few years. Keep your tofu gmo free—PLEASE!!!!!!
