For Aloha Tofu – Deep Dried Tofu (Atsuage)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup miso
4 cups mirin (Japanese rice vinegar)
3 tablespoons sugar
fresh grated ginger
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients. Chill. Can be served on hot or cold Aloha Tofu – Deep Fried Tofu (Atsuage).

Please clarify recipe for Tofu Dressing.
It calls for 4C of mirin. Is it mirin or rice vinegar? One is sweet, the other is vinegary.
I’m confused. This is my favorite at funerals so if i can make it at home, better yet. Thank you, Gayle
