Francis’ Okara Patties

Ingredients: 2 pounds Chinese fishcake 1 pound Aloha Tofu Okara 2 eggs 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 teaspoon pepper chopped water chestnuts chopped green onions chopped shiitake mushrooms (optional) Preparation: Mix all ingredients together to form patties and fry.
