The debate has been ongoing for quite some time. Does soy have beneficial or detrimental effects on one’s health? I think the real question is, “How can we be certain that any food is beneficial or detrimental to one’s health?”

While I can understand humans have an innate curiosity about how things in our environment affect us, it is sometimes troubling to see how far we are willing to go seek out the next “super food” that will prolong our lives. There will no doubt be more to come, and the debate is far from over, but we believe that the best advice (for anything) is “balance” and “moderation”! Tofu lends itself to just this idea since it is the perfect partner for any kind of food!
