Aloha! I am originally from Hawaii but now living in South Carolina on the border near Charlotte, NC. I saw the Dirty Jobs show and enjoyed the segment immensely especially the "lost digit" conversation. I wanted to add that I knew Kurt Uyehara (I believe his parent ran Aloha Tofu for awhile) when I went to UHM many years ago and had lost touch with him. I hope he is doing okay and wonder often how he is. He was my surrogate big brother. I love your tofu and products and wish I could get some here in the southeast, which coincidently grows a lot of soybeans! Love your website, FB page and blog!
